• JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are actively seeking a licensed esthetician to join our team for an exclusive residency in Los Angeles area. The right candidate will undergo a ‘crash course’ mentorship with Joanna herself and be entrusted to run the residency and perform treatments which encompass the Joanna Czech philosophy and methodology. We are looking for an expert in the area of skincare, beauty and wellness services with extensive experience and a clientele following.

The ideal candidate must be a leader with a ‘can-do’ attitude, an independent self-starter with an engaging personality, goal oriented, and is passionate about learning in an environment with continual growth potential. They are ambitious with an inquisitive nature, strong work ethic and always deliver an exceptional client experience. They are dedicated to their work, reliable, and build strong relationships in both retail and spa business.

• JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST be a licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in the state of California
• Be willing to learn new techniques and work with new modalities
• Adhere to company's standard of client care and upholding the visions and values of Joanna Czech
• Educate clients on pre-and post-treatment care, at-home maintenance and follow up treatment to ensure maximum results
• Maintain a comprehensive awareness and understanding of all products, treatments and in house brands
• Outstanding in retail sales, goal-oriented
• Strong organizational skills
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Ability to work flexible days and hours, weekends and holidays as needed
• Be positive, upbeat, and affable
