Overview:

Main availability needed: Weekends and Wednesdays.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part Time Key Holder to join our team. As a Part Time Key Holder, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in all aspects of store operations. This is a dynamic and fast-paced position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to drive sales and achieve targets.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the store manager and assistant manager in overseeing daily operations of the retail store

- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

- Train, mentor, and motivate retail staff to deliver outstanding performance

- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability

- Handle cash register operations and ensure accurate cash handling procedures

- Drive sales by implementing effective sales strategies and promotional activities

- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are appealing and organized

- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new retail staff members

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a professional manner

- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a retail management role is required

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

- Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating cash registers

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Bilingual language skills (if applicable) are a plus

- Experience in sales or achieving sales targets is preferred

- Knowledge of inventory management systems is an asset

- Excellent communication skills with phone etiquette
