Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the retail store, including sales, customer service, and staff management
- Implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and profitability goals
- Ensure proper inventory control and merchandise display
- Train, motivate, and supervise retail staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Monitor store performance and address issues to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement promotional activities to drive sales and increase customer loyalty
- Manage store budgeting and financial aspects effectively

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail sales, store management, or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Proficiency in inventory control, sales techniques, and customer service
- Ability to analyze sales reports and market trends to make informed business decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Experience in recruiting, training, and developing retail staff
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial acumen

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
