We are seeking an experienced Inventory Coordinator to join our team. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring efficient supply chain operations, and optimizing stock levels to meet customer demands.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track and monitor inventory levels
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy
- Analyze data and generate reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and develop inventory strategies
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply chain issues
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address inventory discrepancies or issues
- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control policies and procedures
- Monitor shipping and receiving activities to ensure proper handling of inventory
- Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions

Experience:
- Proven experience in inventory management or related field
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and supply chain management principles
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and data analysis tools
- Familiarity with financial modeling and inventory forecasting techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in SQL or other database management tools is a plus
