JNR Adjustment Company is always growing, and we have an immediate need to fill several inside Commercial Collector positions. Remote positions are available as well. In this role you will be collecting B2B commercial debt on behalf of JNR’S client.

We are looking for energetic individuals who thrive in a call center environment or remotely and are enthusiastic, coachable, professional, ethical, competitive with the ability to make good business decisions and remain compliant while thinking outside the box. To be successful in this position you must use the phone and email to communicate effectively to reach the right people to get our claims paid.

In this role you will:

• Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts.
• Make at least 100 outbound calls and contact attempts per day in an attempt to negotiate and collect commercial debt.
• Execute JNRs policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively and professionally.

Qualifications and Competencies:

• 2-5 years collection experience
• Track record of success in your previous collection position
• Ability to think outside the box – Energetic outgoing personality with a positive can-do attitude.
• You must have solid written & oral communication and listening skills.
• Ability to overcome objections.
• Solid computer skills
• Multilingual A
