Location: Jacksonville, FL (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by a contract staffing supplier and will not be a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies.

Summary:

The Social Responsibility Manager is responsible for working to enhance Johnson & Johnson MedTech (JJMT) corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts globally including, but not limited to, signature partnerships and charitable contributions. A strategic advisor to the business, the Corporate Social Responsibility Manager will lead execution of CSR strategy, work to build highly integrated and engaging ways to partner with select non-profits; and aid in publicly projecting JJMT as an inclusive, responsible, caring, and innovative corporate citizen. In this role you will manage existing CSR initiatives & partnerships, co-create new programs aligned to strategy, advance structural approach to all processes and communications, and champion global alignment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage portfolio of programs (contributions, disaster relief, other investments) created with external partners globally, and in local communities surrounding JJMT campuses.
  • Coordinate social impact activities currently managed separately to facilitate simplicity, efficiency, and best practice-sharing, connecting the dots between global, regional, and local efforts.
  • Build and manage positive and productive working relationships with key, global non-profit partners; identifying ways to continuously engage employees, the non-profit, program beneficiaries, etc.
  • Lead all aspects of product donation program strategy and execution, following established protocols, ensuring all activities are tracked and recorded within product donation/inventory management system and reconcile to financial systems.
  • Streamline and manage cash charitable contributions function and committees across JJMT franchises including applicant systems and process, policies, monitoring budgets, consistent communication with committee chairpersons, and updating relevant internal stakeholders as necessary.
  • Work with various internal partners to broadly communicate and raise awareness of JJMT CSR efforts in service of boosting JJMT reputation and engagement with all stakeholders.
  • Implement metrics, tracking, and reporting processes.
  • Assist in keeping the CSR strategy and programs under review and adapt as appropriate to stay aligned.
  • Analyze information received from internal and external partners to determine significant performance drivers and obstacles; identify activities/strategies needed to keep programs on track to fulfill agreed-upon deliverables.
  • Implement consistent processes and operational excellence across social impact portfolio of programs – governance, internal awareness, and capability building.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree and a minimum six (6) years of business-related experience required.
  • Ability to create, implement, and operationalize vision/strategy.
  • Strong process orientation with superior project management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities experience leading design, development, and implementation of business processes.
  • Excellent teamwork and relationship building skills to independently collaborate, influence, and align thinking across levels, cultures, and functions – both internally and with highly visible external partners.
  • General understanding of commercial business strategy; ability to develop complementary CSR recommendations.
  • Effective time management, strong prioritization skills, ability to work independently.
  • Basic understanding of ESG/Social Impact trends
  • Flexibility, ability to successfully navigate ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills (written, oral, PPT)
  • Work collaboratively across functions, including comfort interacting directly with senior executives.
  • Knowledge of teamwork and relationship building skills to influence and collaborate across multiple levels, cultures, and functions across international markets.
