Title: Project Manager 2 - Research and Development

Location: Horsham, PA (Remote)

Duration: 9 months (Part-time 20 hours per week)

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies through external staffing partners of Kelly OCG. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by a contract staffing supplier and will not be a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies.

Summary:

This individual will be a part of the Patient Engagement team in Janssen Scientific Affairs. This role will provide project management to drive and support Immunology disease states in pre-launch rare disease to include vendor management, insight reporting and activation, quality and compliance with additional patient engagement activities as needed.

This individual will track project deliverables closely; identify potential operational hurdles and propose options for resolution in coordination with the Scientific Patient Engagement Lead, therapeutic area business partner and external supplier(s). Strategic oversight required to support teams to activate around patient caregiver insights, including publication planning and field-based content development.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal Immunology team members to understand and enable patient-generated insights to help inform research strategy and tactics.
• Ensure key outputs are captured, disseminated internally, and actioned as appropriate. Track metrics/impact.
• Manage vendor to ensure flawless project execution while flexing to provide additional support as identified throughout the project, which may include publications planning and tracking.
• Ensure quality and compliance, including A/E PQC reporting and PII data storage considerations.
• Manage all patient-facing material review via internal processes/guardrails in close partnership with the scientific teams and legal and compliance partners.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree required.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in the life sciences, data analytics, systems management, or business (or bachelor’s degree with experience equivalent to graduate degree) desired.
• At least five years industry experience, including a minimum of three years in project management with strong experience in Microsoft Teams/SharePoint.
• Self-starter, very organized with strong interpersonal skills to influence in a team environment.
• Strong project management skills to ensure timely and successful delivery of project(s) to meet the business objectives. Capable of managing multiple projects, excellent time management with respect to priorities across multiple tasks.
