Title: Coordinator 3 - Medical Affairs

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Duration: 1 Year

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Johnson & Johnson through external staffing partners of Kelly OCG. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by a contract staffing supplier and will not be an employee of Johnson & Johnson

Summary:

Coordinates educational, promotional and reporting programs and projects for medical affairs function. Provides medical information in response to internal/external customer enquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Administers educational, promotional and reporting programs in medical affair according to established policies and procedures.
  • Prepares training and seminars.
  • Handles complex enquiries from health care professionals, members of the public and internal customers concerning the safe and effective use of company products.
  • Gives appropriate advice and records enquiries in database.
  • Monitors the procedures to ensure that the most current information is available on the shared drive and updates are made in an appropriate timeframe.
  • Reports issues to management with recommendation.
  • Reviews and submits monthly standard reports to management.
  • Participates in creation of educational, promotional and reporting materials.
  • Maintains and updates database.
  • Assists in analyses of medical affairs data.
  • Contribute to various project implementations in conjunction with other members of the medical affair team.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Generally Requires 4-6 Years Work Experience
  • Education Required: High School
  • Experience managing projects (tasks, timelines, dependencies, resources) in complex technical environments required.
  • Must have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience working with medical device/technology companies a plus.
  • Highly enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who will accept accountability.
  • Proven flexibility of attitude and mind set.
  • Ability to manage and embrace change.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and reasoning skills.
