Position Title: BUSSER WARRIOR

POSITION SUMMARY
The BUSSER WARRIOR is generally responsible for all cleaning duties in the restaurant. (S)he will not only clean tables, but refill ice and cups as well as assist Server Warriors by speaking to fans. The BUSSER WARRIOR will also assist in the Back of House where needed.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Activity (If more than 2 hours per day): standing, sitting, walking, stooping, climbing, squatting, bending, balancing

Lifting to include: over 75 lbs, pulling, pushing, carrying

Environmental Conditions: cold, heat, noisy, odors, dust, wet and/or humid

Sensory: hearing to converse, hearing to use the telephone, tasting/smelling, talking, reading distance 1-5 feet, reading distance 10-30 feet, basic comprehension

Driving incidental driver

Keying: occasionally (2-3 hours weekly)
