Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various construction projects. This is a hands-on position that requires experience in masonry, caulking, concrete finishing, roofing, plumbing, tile laying, glass installation, and general construction management. Responsibilities: - Assist with the construction and renovation of buildings, structures, and other construction projects - Perform masonry work including bricklaying and blocklaying - Apply caulking to seal joints and seams - Finish concrete surfaces to ensure smooth and even finishes - Assist with roofing installations and repairs - Assist with plumbing tasks such as pipe fitting and installation - Lay tiles for flooring and walls - Install glass windows and doors - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area Qualifications: - Proven experience in masonry, caulking, concrete finishing, roofing, plumbing, tile laying, glass installation, or related construction fields - Knowledge of construction management principles is a plus - Ability to read blueprints and use tools effectively - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions - Excellent teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues Note: This is a paid position.
