JMT Staffing Solutions has partnered with a reputable commercial lines insurance brokerage dedicated to providing tailored insurance solutions to businesses. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and oversee the marketing and quoting process for commercial insurance clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and obtain quotes from insurance carriers to meet client needs.
• Field inbound calls from clients seeking commercial insurance quotes and guide them through the quoting process.
• Collaborate with agency staff, including Account Executives (AEs), to assist in marketing accounts and securing renewal quotes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carrier representatives (reps) and underwriters.
• Provide guidance and training to agency staff on insurance coverages and market trends.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in policy issuance and client onboarding processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial insurance marketing or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and underwriting processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and insurance agency management systems (AMS).
