- Basic office work : Mail, printing, hole punching, scanning
- Create and manage internal Intranet postings
- Assist with new hire data entry
- Post open positions to various job boards, websites, and social media accounts
- Assist with Career Fairs
- Schedule candidate interviews and conduct reference / background checks
- Event Coordination schedule, room setup, order meals
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- Reliable, detail-oriented and able to complete multiple work assignments
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to analyze and reconcile reports in Excel using V-lookups
