This position is responsible for performing skilled building maintenance tasks, such as but not limited to carpentry, electrical, heating, and plumbing. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing work orders to address tenants’ & clients’ maintenance needs, which includes completing unit turns and maintaining general buildings needs.

Requirements:
- Experience with apartment, residential building maintenance and repairs, such as drywall, basic plumbing, installation and upgrades of appliances.
- Experience with piping, unclogging bathrooms, electrical repair, painting, carpentry and installation of cabinets, flooring and countertops.
- Experience with basic hand tools, power tools, drill, screwdrivers, pliers, measuring tape, hammer, safety glasses.
- Must have your own basic set of tools
- Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance, to drive for company business (drive between apartments, hardware store, etc.).
The Offer:
- Full-Time, Mon - Fri (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
- Could change due to season
- Starting pay: $24-$26 per hour.
