Job Title : MechanicalAssembler

PositionOverview : We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assemblerto join our production tea. The ideal candidate will have a strongmechanical aptitude and the ability to assemble complex mechanicalcomponents with precision and efficiency.

The Mechanical Assemblerwill play a key role in ensuring that our products meet the higheststandards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Read and interpret engineering drawingsschematics and work instructions to assemble mechanical componentsand systems.
• Assemble mechanical parts andsubassemblies according to blueprints diagrams and writteninstructions.
• Use hand and power tools such aswrenches screwdrivers drills and torque wrenches to performassembly tasks.
• Inspect finished assemblies toensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues or discrepanciesas they arise.
• Collaborate with other teammembers including engineers and technicians to optimize assemblyprocesses and improve product quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering tosafety and quality standards at all times.
• Follow established procedures for inventory managementand part tracking.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational ortechnical training in mechanical assembly or a related field ispreferred.
• Proven experience as a mechanicalassembler or similar role in a manufacturingenvironment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude andthe ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting engineeringdrawings schematics and assembly instructions.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producinghighquality work.
• Ability to workindependently and as part of a team in a fastpacedenvironment.
• Excellent problemsolving skillsand the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strongcommunication skills and the ability to work effectively withcolleagues at all levels of the organization.

PhysicalRequirements :

• Ability tolift and carry up to insert weight pounds.
• Ability to stand walk and perform repetitive tasks forextended periods.
• Manual dexterity and handeyecoordination to manipulate small parts and tools.
