We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Service Technician to oversee various sites and uphold the performance standards of our organization. In this role, you will supervise crews, schedule tasks, and collaborate closely with our Maintenance Foreman.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct repairs, renovations, and upgrades to parking lots and buildings as directed.
- Coordinate with vendors to manage orders, deliveries, parts, and services efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including structural repairs, painting, wall repairs, and lighting maintenance.
- Hang and maintain signage, ensuring clear and professional displays.
- Repair and replace lighting fixtures, ensuring adequate illumination throughout facilities.
- Maintain equipment in optimal working condition to support daily operations.
- Paint and stripe parking lots for safety and aesthetic purposes.
- Identify and address potential safety hazards promptly.
- Collaborate with subcontractors on various projects and tasks.
- Deliver exceptional repair and installation services to customers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Ensure all tools provided for installation and repair are maintained and utilized properly.
- Utilize personal protective equipment as required for safety.
- Communicate progress effectively and maintain timely updates on assignments.
- Complete all work orders promptly, ensuring accurate documentation for billing purposes.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:
- General knowledge of basic maintenance procedures.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems.
- Familiarity with painting techniques and procedures.
- Experience with concrete repairs and maintenance.
- Flexibility to work any day of the week, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated, responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
