Premium Facility Services is a rapidly growing maintenance and facility services company. The Maintenance Foreman is responsible for field management and performance of small projects and work orders implementing measures to increase the company’s efficiency at 100% customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have his/her own truck and tools and will be willing to travel within a 60-mile radius.

Most work is completed on-site, although we have a facility for prefabrication when necessary.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a field supervisor or similar position
• Flexible availability
• Extensive knowledge of power and hand tools
• Familiarity of carpentry, concrete work, and various property maintenance trades
• Capable of climbing on ladders and carrying at least 80lbs
• Interpret client requests and provide mock-ups for approval prior to commencing work
• Review and implement contract documents, including plans, specifications, schedules, and estimates
• Responsible for field technicians’ daily production, installation methods, and quality control
• Field questions for technicians and provide acceptable solutions
• Monitor that correct tools and materials are in all work areas in timely manner
• Re-enforce that all team members must exhibit a positive attitude throughout projects, and taking corrective action when necessary
• Ensure safe work practices with all installation methods
• Ensure that no work is performed outside the scope of the contract without supervisor authorization
• Follow supervisor’s scheduled activities & notify of any delays in accomplishing assigned field tasks
• Notify supervisor of any damaged/missing items and return all material that does not meet job specifications, unused material, and tools to the proper staging area in the main warehouse
• Act upon new requests from supervisor only, not the client
