Premium Parking is currently seeking a Lot Attendant to monitor and maintain our parking locations!

What is the schedule of a Lot Attendant?
- 6 : 00am-2 : 00pm
- Occasional nights & weekends

Qualifications
What will you do as a Lot Attendant?
- Ensure parking locations are clean and free of any debris
- Provide customer service, including assistance with use of digital pay machines
- Enforce parking rules and regulations; issue citations and / or report violators
- Perform assigned duties with minimal supervision
- Reporting of available space and on-site traffic directing during special events
- Execute on special projects directed by management and maintenance teams
- Auditing rates at pay machines and on our online platform
- Reporting of available space and on-site traffic directing during special events
- Comply with and enforce company policies and procedures
What do you need to be a Lot Attendant :
- Ability to clearly communicate with all levels of personnel
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work primarily in outdoor environments
- Willingness to learn proficiency in using Apple iOS and Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
