DESCRIPTION: JMA Solutions has an opportunity available for an Air Traffic Control Specialist supporting the Federal Aviation Administration’s AJR Operational Readiness Program Office. This person must be able to work well in a team setting, possess organizational skills, and demonstrated ability to excel and deliver results. This position is fully remote. The Contractor must provide traffic management expertise and support to the Air Traffic Control System Command Center (ATCSCC) to include general analytical, training, Quality Control (QC), airspace planning, automation development, facility management, procedures management, logistical, and planning support in response to operational needs.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
EDUCATION: A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Math, and Science with a minimum of 10 years relative experience or 20 years of relative work experience without a degree.
SALARY: $130,000 - $150,000 depending on experience and education levels. JMA offers a full benefits package including vision, health, dental and life insurance, as well as a 401k match.
