Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to join our team. As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations. This position requires excellent driving skills, a commitment to safety, and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- you are responsible for your own gas we will provide the vehicle
- Operate a variety of vehicles, including vans, wheelchairs van, standard car
- Safely transport passengers or deliver goods to designated locations
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and perform routine maintenance checks on assigned vehicle
- Communicate effectively with passengers or customers to ensure a positive experience
- Provide assistance to passengers with disabilities or special needs (if applicable)
Experience:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a van driver, commercial driver, bus driver, paratransit driver, or delivery driver is preferred
- Excellent knowledge of local roads and routes
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with passengers or customers
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
- Basic vehicle maintenance skills
