JLL is Hiring a Program Management Analyst Near Cambridge, MA
The Program Management Analyst provides programmatic support for Project and Facilities teams across Account. Provides superior client service and contributes to account growth, financial targets and innovation goals.

Values Interacts effectively and professionally with other employees on team, client reps, landlord and tenant affiliates. Prepares comprehensible written correspondence using proper grammar/spelling and appropriate formats.
People Supports Team in achieving business development goals by preparing information required to help with the management of the overall account portfolio including developing and nurturing key business relationships with strategic partners within the areas of real estate, financial and utilities management.
Client Contributes as a supporting member of a client service team.
Digital Job responsibilities reflect a modest degree of technical complexity. Day to day expectation to be proficient with PM and FM tools, templates & digital interfaces.
Your day to day:
Support project and facilities management teams on projects and assignments.
Proactively manage portfolio business issues.
Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client / programmatic requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Comply with all JLL policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practice.
Provide administrative and record keeping support on behalf of managing the real estate portfolio.
Supports project and performance management tools, systems, and processes to include KPI metrics, lease review and financial requirements.
Ensures best practices are being followed and the right resources are available to JLL team.
Focused on compliance and communication to ensure onboarding and offboarding of properties is handled in a complete and comprehensive manner.
Work closely with client's financial, lease administration and transaction management partners. Foster excellent relationships to assist the team when working with those departments.

Experience and technical skills Required
3 - 5 years of practical experience in program administration
Experience in real estate management preferred
Highly organized with strong analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients
Organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented
Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Minimum Required Education: High School or Equivalent
Experience and technical skills Preferred
Experience with Clarizen and Corrigo preferred
Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Business or Construction Management strongly preferred.
