GM Powertrain Lab Operations, Maintenance Supervisor

The role of the Supervisor is to ensure the proper operation of process equipment and central systems to support the Powertrain Lab as well as site operations.

The Supervisor must execute their role within the Facility Management program which allows an organization to manage and oversee the operations and maintenance of building systems and equipment.

Education / Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associate or bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Three plus years of facility management and automotive manufacturing, or industrial experience recommended.

Must have strong written and verbal communication, detail oriented and must have extensive knowledge on Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)

• Tank Farm Operations, Reporting, Maintenance, and Repair

• Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers
• Oil Mist Collectors
• Cold / Hot Thermal Units
• Temperature, Pressure, & Dew Point Control

• Class 7 Clean Room

Mechanical / Electrical Systems Diagnosis & Repair

• Experience with pumps, motors, speed and feed systems, hydraulics
• Some experience with controller programs, to include JCI, Allen-Bradley, Fanuc, and Siemens
• Ability to read electrical prints and blueprints
• Knowledge of maintenance system such as MAXIMO / CORRIGO
