Skills and Experience:

The Lead Groundskeeper position is responsible for the physical condition of our client’s property along with JLB’s property. The right person will have a proactive attitude and takes pride in their accomplishments. This position will also be utilized in the maintenance shop or construction crew when required.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

· Responsible for maintaining the physical condition of common areas and grounds to ensure a clean, debris-free, and top-quality environment.

· Ability to take direction, respectfully, from our clients

· Ability to operate all landscaping equipment

· Ability to drive company vehicle and necessary trailers to haul landscape equipment

· Supervise other crew members as needed.

· Demonstrate success and ability to prioritize.

Position will also be required to work with our maintenance team & construction crews as required.

Working Conditions:

· Job will be performed outside

· Overtime is required at times

· Must be physically able to repetitively lift, carry at least 50 LBS, and be mobile around equipment when required

· Use of Personal Protection Equipment may be required.

· Must comply with the company’s drug and alcohol testing requirements.
