Role Overview : As the Director of Sales, you'll lead our team in maximizing sales performance and ensuring exceptional customer service. Guide sales representatives to excel, providing them with the necessary support and training to achieve success. Your primary focus will be on converting inbound and outbound leads received through our online channels, driving the sales process from initial contact to successful closure. Utilize your expertise to optimize conversions and revenue generation, ensuring our team achieves its goals with finesse.

Location: This position is based in our office in Saint George, Utah

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and Motivate: Lead by example, motivating your team to surpass individual and collective targets.
  • Optimize Performance: Monitor sales activities and metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies for optimization.
  • Empower Through Training: Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.
  • Seamless Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing teams to optimize lead generation campaigns and ensure seamless integration with sales processes.
  • Close Sales: Personally engage in the sales process, utilizing your expertise to close deals and maximize revenue generation.
  • Cultivate Relationships: Develop and nurture strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and driving satisfaction.
  • Stay Ahead: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Sales and Closing Experience-In range from in person/in home sales, over the phone and virtual
  • Proven Leadership experience: in call center management and team leadership with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Exceptional Communication: Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence effectively.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in CRM systems and sales management tools, with a keen eye for leveraging technology to drive success.
  • Drive for Continuous Growth: Demonstrate self-motivation and a passion for continuous learning and professional development.

Benefits:

  • Base Salary Commission: starting at $70,000-$80,000 ( dependent on experience)
