- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
- Develop comprehensive project documentation including project charters, status reports, and risk assessments
- Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations based on findings
```Qualifications:```
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector
- Strong knowledge of project management methodology and tools
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and program development is preferred
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Solid understanding of data collection and quality management principles
- Ability to lead project teams effectively and resolve conflicts when necessary
- Proficient in using Revit and Autocad for field dimensions etc.
