Role Overview

As an Operations Assistant at JJAS Doors Installation, Inc., you will play a crucial role in supporting our door installation operations. You'll work alongside our Operations Manager and the installation teams, ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from project coordination to material management, quality control, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating installation projects, ensuring that timelines and objectives are met.
• Material Management: Oversee the procurement and distribution of materials for installations, ensuring timely availability.
• Quality Control: Contribute to maintaining high-quality standards in our installations by conducting inspections and adhering to project specifications.
• Safety Compliance: Work diligently to enforce safety protocols and regulations on job sites, creating a secure work environment.
• Communication: Foster clear and effective communication between installation teams, managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate project success.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a construction or installation-related role is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance is advantageous.
