Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy interacting with people, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries or concerns - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register - Provide product information and demonstrate features through product demos - Assist in maintaining stock levels on the sales floor - Promote and sell products to meet sales targets - Communicate effectively with customers in English, and if applicable, in other languages - Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve them promptly - Maintain a clean and organized cashier station Experience: - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required - Basic math skills to handle cash transactions accurately - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members We offer competitive pay rates and provide training to help you succeed in your role. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 30 per week
