Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Car Sales Manager to join our team. As a Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling and financing used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Sales manager will hire and train their own sales team. We offer in house buy here pay here financing and traditional financing through lenders. Proficiency in financing/desking preferred but not mandatory. Great income potential for the right candidate

Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles
- Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and industry trends
- Collaborate with sales team to meet sales targets

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Knowledge of retail sales principles and processes
- Basic math skills for calculating pricing, discounts, and financing options
- Proficiency in using sales software or CRM systems
- Ability to cold call potential customers and generate leads
- Professional phone etiquette
