Jivetel Communications is Hiring a Telecom Sales Representative Near Waterbury, CT

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities in the Telecommunications market. This role requires strong communication skills, and a proven track record of sales success in a similar industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand potential clients' requirements and develop tailored telecom solutions to meet their needs.
  • Present and demonstrate telecom products and services to potential clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and customer service, to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support for clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the telecom market to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and progress towards goals using CRM software.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients to foster long-term relationships and maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand your professional network and promote the company's brand.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry.
