JOB DUTIES

• Answering telephones, greeting visitors, providing information and assistance
• Providing customer service and clerical support for facility operation and programs
• Making and selling coffee drinks and snacks
• Cleaning coffee bar, tables, play equipment, bathrooms, and other areas as needed
• Restocking of equipment and products
• Collecting payments, assisting in opening and closing functions, performing cash collection and shift till balancing
• Processing and assisting guests in membership applications and day passes to play equipment, and maintaining files and records

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience as a barista in making and distributing drinks and snacks
• Custom service experience
• Till operation experience

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Position involves lots of standing, bending, stooping, and occasionally lifting heavy boxes/materials.

Summary
The Team Member position requires a diverse set of skills to excel in a fast-paced food service environment. Core skills such as POS operation, food handling, and customer service are essential for providing top-notch service. Barista experience is a plus for this role, showcasing a candidate's ability to work in a similar customer-facing setting. Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
