Logistics Company in search of full-time delivery drivers in the Terre Haute, Indiana area:

JIT Solutions, INC is a Contracted Service Provider for FedEx Ground. Our team of responsible drivers takes great pride in providing exceptional delivery and pick-up services throughout south-central Indiana. Our bar is set high, and if you take pride in your work, we have a home for you!

• Be prompt, operate independently

• MUST be 21 years or older and be able to lift 70 pounds

• Safely operate company vehicles at all times and in all weather conditions

• Maintain the high standards of JIT Solutions and FedEx Ground- in terms of safety, professionalism, and customer service and satisfaction

• Preform pre and post trip inspections and report any issues or deficiencies, while keeping the interior of the vehicle clean each day

• Present a clean and professional appearance at all times

• Work mainly a 5-day work schedule (Mon-Fri, or Tues-Sat), yet MUST have a flexible schedule in order to meet the demands of our assigned area (which can require additional days)

• Operate a scanner and tablet for proof of delivery and efficient navigation

• Pass a criminal background check, DOT physical, and Drug screening (to include periodic screens)

• Have a valid driver’s license, as well as a clean MVR over the last 36 months

• Training to perform all required duties

• Company provided step-vans (14–18-foot box trucks) will be well maintained, and equipped with additional safety features as required by FedEx

• Uniforms- appropriate for each season

• Weekly pay via direct deposit

• Starting pay of $135 per day, plus weekly incentives for Safety, Attendance, and Performance
