Job Summary:
We are seeking a Terminal Manager to oversee our operations and ensure the smooth running of our terminal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of terminal operations, including dispatching, hiring, safety, HR , and transportation management.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day terminal operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage dispatching activities to optimize transportation schedules and routes
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer service
- Maintain relationships with vendors, carriers, and customers to support terminal activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
