Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Manage the waitlist.
- Answer phone calls and take to go orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
Skills:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Strong guest relations skills
- Phone etiquette and ability to handle inquiries effectively.
Note: Previous experience as a host/host in a restaurant setting is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
