We're seeking a dynamic and creative Content Creator who is passionate about seafood and social media to join our team. Duties:

• Develop innovative and engaging short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into our content strategy.
• Conceptualize, plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos that align with our brand identity and resonate with our audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor the performance of content and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience creating content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective algorithms.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Excellent storytelling skills with a creative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for seafood and knowledge of the culinary industry is a plus.

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Experience with graphic design and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content.
• Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
