First Assistant Manager

Jimmy John's is growing fast and we are looking for energetic, friendly, hardworking, enthusiastic, clean-cut individuals to join our team. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must take phone orders and complete delivery tickets in a courteous and timely manner.

• Make fast, accurate and consistent sandwiches.
• Complies with all portion sizes, recipes, and all systems and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including all tables, floors, windows, beverage station, restrooms, etc.
• Greets customers and takes orders - operates cash register - collects payments from customers and makes change.
• Managerial duties

The Manager position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday.
