As a Shift Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations for a group of restaurants. You will also develop and implement strategies to assist your region in meetings its goals and supporting overall business objectives.

In other words : let’s do whatever it takes to make kick-ass sandwiches for our customers.
