While prior management experience is preferred, we are open to training dedicated individuals who are ready to take on the challenge of running a premier sandwich shop as a Jimmy John's assistant manager.

As an Assistant Manager working alongside the General Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring that our store maintains exceptional orderliness. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring that our employees perform their duties with utmost efficiency while upholding our systems and procedures with integrity.

*Hiring Bonus – $500 upon completion of management training and up to $1,000 after completion of Jimmy John's Management Certification Program.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work a 40 – 50 hours per week
• At least 18 years of age
• Basic understanding of E-mail, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress situations in the store
• Organized with strong aptitude in establishing priorities in the store with minimal supervision
• Comfortable with delegating tasks and coaching staff including sandwich makers and delivery drivers/bikers
• Ability to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly throughout shifts
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
• Ability to work a variety of daytime lunch, evening/night and weekend shifts
• Ability to work in a variety of local locations a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
