Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented In-Shop Worker to join our team. As an In-Shop Worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing food orders in a fast-paced environment. Duties:

- Assist customers with their orders and provide excellent customer service

- Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards

- Operate the POS system to process orders and payments

- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas

- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers and staff

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order completion

- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed

- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Experience:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food industry

- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
