-Oversees and manages all staff, deligating tasks and positions
-Confirms that all corporate compliance standard are followed at all times
-Prepares all products and ensures proper levels of preparation are maintained
-Hires and trains any necessary staff members
-Handles necessary daily paperwork
-Handles and resolves any customer issues and complaints
-Handles any emergency situations (weather, robbery, injuries, ect.)
-Audits the store regularly to "hospital clean" standards
Qualifications
-Positive enthusiastic attitude; Exceptional communication skills
-High school degree or GED required
-1 or more years of management experience required
-Capable basic math skills
-Able to lift 60lbs
