Duties:

- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers
- Load and unload products from the vehicle using proper lifting techniques
- Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide excellent customer service by delivering products in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any discrepancies or issues
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the vehicle
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks

Skills:

- Experience in moving, loading, and unloading items
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers
- Familiarity with box trucks, manual transmissions, and other delivery vehicles
- Knowledge of local roads and routes for efficient navigation
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy items and being on your feet for extended periods of time
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries
