Jimco Maintenance, a leader in the pressure cleaning of shopping centers is seeking a fulltime Tech for a NIGHT position.

Responsibilities:

• Pressure cleaning the front of buildings including, windows, pillars, doors and sidewalks at shopping center locations
• Able to communicate with store management and employees as well as crew members

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a FAST PACED, PHYSICALLY DEMANDING environment & able to lift 50 lbs., stoop, bend, and stand for extended lengths of time
• All work is done at NIGHT in the store parking lot (approximately 8:00pm - until job is completed)
• Live within 25 miles of 601 Hillview Drive, Altamonte Springs, FL, where we park our truck
• Smartphone is required for voice and data communication with field management
• Able to work a 4 night work week. Other assignments may be required on a 5th or 6th night as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience with pressure washing and using a Surface Cleaner is a plus
• Fairly clean driving record. WE DO run a 5 year pre-employment MVR. Must have an active driver's license.
• Able to pass a drug test & verification of Social Security number plus a full background check
• Ability to handle a Ford F250 pulling a trailer
• We are seeking workers who like to work with their hands, have strong customer communication skills and are committed to customer service

Other:

• We provide parking for the truck, storage for parts and supply the equipment necessary to do the job
• Jimco provides 6 weeks of on the job training at full pay
