The evaluator's job is to record and document the overall condition of both residential and commercial properties and to identify damages or defects that might require repairs or replacement or might pose a health or safety risk.

This position requires both field work and office time. The job requires the applicant to be able to multi-task and flexible to changing duties. Applicant should be detailed oriented and must be computer and cell phone savvy or be trainable. Knowledge of email applications and Microsoft Office Suite required. The candidate will learn to utilize a cell phone to perform evaluations and be able to transfer pictures from cell phone to computer. Applicant must have strong written and verbal communication and phone skills and be customer service oriented. This job is physically demanding and you will be subjected to a variety of weather conditions.

Applicant must have a clear driving history as you will be provided a vehicle for the job during business hours.

It is Preferred that you have worked at a property rental company for incite as to the job and all the aspects and scenarios that come with this business but not required - as long as you are a Fast learner and are DETAIL oriented and on top of your game.
