Jim Winter Auto Group is a family business serving the Jackson Community since 1970. We are Building a NEW FACILITY and tripling the size of our in-demand shop to serve more customers. Overtime available as YOU desire.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles using shop estimates and manufacturers’ repair procedures
• Inspect each vehicle for unknown needs and safety concerns
• Inspect vehicles to verify final repair quality
• Communicate verbally and in writing to document diagnoses and repair procedures
• Communicate with shop manager to maximize your efficient workday

Qualifications

• 2 years of Collision Technician experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent, I-Car Certifications preferred
• Technical Reading & Analytical skills
• Ability to learn and operate computer measuring equipment
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
• Ability to collaborate with others effectively
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
