Jim Riehl's Friendly CDJR of Romeo is seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as Cashier/Receptionist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling cash transactions, and assisting with various administrative tasks including light office work. Responsibilities:

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor

- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently

- Operate cash registers and handle cash, credit, or debit card payments

- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries

- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales and customer service is preferred

- Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with retail math

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in using a cash register or point-of-sale system

- Upselling skills to promote additional products or services
