Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads, evaluate customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Utilize a customer-focused approach to inform customers about insurance choices through a needs-based questions.
• Build and sustain customer connections and provide necessary follow-up when necessary.
• Provide prompt, precise, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries related to coverage, eligibility, claims, and billing.
• Collaborate with the agent to establish and achieve marketing objectives.
• Exhibit a committed and relentless work ethic, consistently pursuing success on a daily basis.

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
• Previous achievement in meeting sales goals or quotas is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in delivering presentations to prospective customers
• Capability to evaluate customer requirements and conduct productive meetings
