• Responsible for establishing and maintaining an average of 18 training hours per week. All clients provided by the firm.
• Conduct personal training sessions in our Lincoln Park studio, and in-home sessions in the Chicagoland area.
• Comfortable with working a flexible schedule that will require working weekends
• While on salary, prior to building up to 18 full-time sessions a week, you will be required to assist in any additional duties as requested by Jim Karas (Owner/CEO) or other Jim Karas Directors.
• Update schedule on our Mindbody system as well as the Mindbody App, checking out sessions daily, booking sessions, client follow ups
• Participating in promoting of the firm by allowing our marketing professionals to shoot photos and videos of you and other staff from time to time.
• Must be a team player, willing to over communicate, go the extra mile and provide exceptional client service.
• Cross promote our sister business (The Chicago CryoSpa) to Jim Karas clients. Referral bonuses will be provided.

Education/Experience

• Maintain a nationally accredited personal training certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or other relevant discipline preferred.
• Three years of training and coaching experience strongly preferred.
