Jim Hudson Lexus Augusta is hiring a Cafe Manager for our state-of-the-art Cafe/Bistro. Ideal candidates for this position will have experience in the hospitality field, especially catering and culinary experience. We serve breakfast and lunch here at our dealership. Responsibilities - Cafe Manager:

• Provide exceptional customer service with a smile!
• Food preparation and menu planning – sandwiches, soups, salads, wraps etc. for breakfast and lunch
• Pre-cooked food preparation
• Safe food handling experience - ServSafe
• Clean all food prep and customer areas
• Keep customers happy and comfortable.
• Manage inventory

Requirements

Requirements – Cafe Manager:

• Customer Service experience in restaurant industry is preferred. Wait staff background is a plus!
• Good catering and culinary skills
• Must be flexible with schedules to be able to help out if other employees are sick or on vacation
• Good people skills and professional personal presentation
