At Jigsaw, our team of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst's (BCBA) leads a group of caring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) who employ effective methods to support children with autism and related developmental disorders. Together, we aim to enhance their lives by fostering essential life skills and enabling them to lead happy, independent, and fulfilling lives.
Responsibilities:
-Implement behavioral therapy interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on individual's progress during therapy sessions
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure effective treatment strategies
- Provide support and guidance to individuals and their families
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe environment for individuals
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and techniques
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation
- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals, families, and team members
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and implement treatment plans accurately
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
