SUMMARY
Manages overall daily operations of a service center in accordance with Allied Lube & Jiffy Lube Policy and Procedures, to ensure optimum performance, inventory, cash, and labor control, and to maximize profitability. Also, to ensure the image of service center and its employees is maintained, while exceeding our customer’s expectations and protecting company assets.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
The Store Manager will recruit, hire, train and supervise quality employees to exceed our customer’s expectations and develop employees, to aid them in seeking additional opportunities, within Allied Lube. (See the job descriptions for each store position for more specific details.) In addition, the Store Manager will perform these same duties.
General functions that include but are not limited to: Complete all required computer-based training and other on the job training including Store Manager training, enforce attendance, safety, uniform, and various additional company policies, attend and/or conduct store safety and
policy meetings.
Curbside Marketing duties that include but are not limited to: Hold advertising signs, pass out flyers and/or engage in any other form of curbside marketing outside of the store location, to safely and enthusiastically attract additional guests.
State Inspection duties (following certification) that include but are not limited to: Where applicable, pass the state issued background check and attend state inspection training class to obtain certification. Perform state specified inspections on vehicles, which may include all aspects of safety and emissions of the vehicle, while adhering to all Texas, Federal and Allied Lube rules and regulations.

MANAGEMENT / SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position requires only those individual(s) who are determined, goal oriented and results driven, with clear expectations, that delegates effectively, maintains an open door policy and can communicate effectively with all team members; This individual must also follow up on all issues (in a timely manner) conduct monthly staff meetings, hold subordinates accountable, address unacceptable performance and discipline appropriately.
