Central Coast Jiffy Lube is looking for a Manager In Training in our Service Centers.
Our Manager In Training (MIT) gain the experience of running a successful business unit in a structured, yet autonomous environment. Each Service Center Manager In Training has the responsibility for the profitable operation of a Jiffy Lube Franchise location. Your Central Coast Jiffy Lubes have been locally owned and operated since 1987. It is our goal to provide a high quality service that exceeds each of our customer's expectations. From basic oil changes, filters, flushes and even brakes and tires we'll keep you going and leave worry behind. Need a SMOG? We can even help you with that too. Preventative maintenance is the #1 reason for longevity in your vehicles life and that's our business.
Manager In Training Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include; hiring, training, and leading a crew of 10-20 automotive and customer service oriented individuals. Managers must be available to work; Monday and Tuesday 8:00-6:00, Wednesday 11 - 6:00, Friday 8:00-6:00 and Saturday 8:00 -2:00. Managers attend a bi-monthly management meeting at our corporate office.
Manager In Training Requirements:
Successful candidates will have some retail or other business management experience. Interest in or experience with cars is a plus but not a requirement. Mechanical experience is not necessary but encouraged especially in the MIT role. We are looking for bright, enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team.
