FULL-TIME ROLE: AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE/House Manager/Group Home Setting

Job Summary:
The Group Home/Site Manager must be able to communicate via ASL (American Sign Language). The group home site manager ensures immediate and efficient delivery of residential/community services to persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Carries out job assignments and reports to the Regional Coordinator. The Group Home Manager supervises and teaches DSP staff to understand the needs of people with developmental disabilities to ensure quality services to consumers.

Supervision Exercised: Direct Support Professional Staff (DSP)

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate and/or Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Job Requirements:

• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities
• Clear Background Check
• Valid OH driver’s license, reliable transportation, and Auto Insurance
